A small yet cozy room to be share with 3 local female students that are currently studying in the university. The lady house-mates are lovely. No preference in gender that going to rent the room.

The room you renting is at tip-top cleanliness and fully furnished. Comes with living room, kitchen and bathroom that are fairly clean. Has a quiet environment. There are few groceries shops including 'cooperative' and bus stop within few minutes walk. So you can get your groceries and travel around the town or the university departments easily. Free parking is available outside the house as well.

The contract ends with the university semester, which is until the June of 2012.

The rent is at its lowest price with wireless connection included for free. Other utility bills can Just sum up to another £10 per week on top of the monthly rent. Central Heating and boiler are monitored with timer so the utilities bill will never get out of hand. If you are looking for a house to share that cost just about £200 or lesser per month, this will definitely be the place. I personally like this place but I have to move out due to my work.
