Room available in house ideal for students, great location between Broomhill high street and University of Sheffield (see map). Bus stop 30 seconds away with regular buses into Sheffield City Centre every 10 mins and 5 min walk to the Students Union

Warm and welcoming environment in a very large house with 9 other women sharing. Good for someone who wants to make new friends, but also plenty of privacy and quiet around examination periods. Spacious fitted kitchen 2 hob/2 sink/2 large fridge freezers. 3 Bathrooms with toilet/shower/sink and 3 toliet/sink.

Room is £60 a week/£250 per month, or nearest offer. The tenancy agreement ends on the 1st of July, like all other student properties. The other housemates will be leaving, so if you wish to stay after 1st July, you will need to talk to the landlord about a new tenancy agreement.

Bills are a little flexible, but roughly £100 needs to be paid for the period Jan-July. The deposit on the house is £250 but can be negotiated if it is a barrier to taking the room.

Preference goes to students, but looking to rent room asap. International students and LGBT students welcome. Smokers also welcome, but only smoke in their room. Viewings will either be taken by myself or the other housemates.
