I am looking for a person who is willing to make an effort to make the house feel like a home, e. g sharing a bottle of wine in front of the TV on the odd evening.

I enjoy good food, art, knitting, TV dramas, reading, walks, pubs and dancing and work with people with learning disabilities.
I am a tidy clean person and want someone like-minded who also likes cats as I have one (she is in the kitchen photo)

Rent is £250pcm plus half the bills with one months rent as a deposit. I am flexible in terms of the length of contract and happy to discuss on meeting.

Cost of bills: Electricity, Gas, Water, TV licence, Broadband and Council Tax would be just under £100 pcm per person.

Room available with double bed (bedding included if needed) and fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom has both bath and electric shower.
House is modern town house and is nicely decorated.
Garage and attic for storage, driveway also for parking.
