Large single bed room available just off west street available to both students and non students. Room has small kitchenette in it however there is also a shared kitchen which is fine to use. House has 6 other tenants who are all great people and I've never had any problems with them. Due to the location of the house many places are within 15 minutes walk, with the univeristy of sheffield being practically over the road this house would be more ideal for a uni of student although a hallam student (such as myself) can also reach city or collegiate campus in very little time. The house has two newly fitted bathrooms and there is also a third smaller room that contains an extra toilet so there's no worry of not being able to shower before work/uni. All bills are included in the rent price which also covers internet and TV license.
