Hi I am a 25yr old female and am looking for someone to share my house with from the beginning of September as my current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The house is a 3 bed mid terrace with a lovely open plan kitchen dining room, seperate lounge(no pic yet), downstairs toilet and shared bathroom.
The bedroom is a small double but currently has a single bed in. I am happy to let it furnished or unfurnished. I'd rather find a permanent housemate but will consider short term.

The house has a nice garden, patio and double garage. There is plenty of on street parking. It's a quiet cul-de-sac that is 5mins walk to Bat and Ball station and probably a half hour walk to Sevenoaks station (5min car drive), also 3min walk to supermarket etc.

I am friendly, tidy, clean around the house and considerate and am looking for the same in my housemate. I have a friendly dog at weekends so you must like dogs. Also have some chickens so fresh eggs in the morning! … (Other than that I'm a normal 25yr old! )
