I'm looking for someone to rent one of my spare rooms, I'm a 31 year old professional who enjoys socialising, cooking, holidays, running and spending time with my girlfriend.
The house is in a quite location close to the main trainline into London, perfect for commuting, it has a garage, conservatory, garden and plenty of parking.
The room is a large double with fitted wardrobe and double bed (you can bring your own if you wish).
All bills are included and I have SKY TV and wireless broadband.
