My flatmate has recently moved out so I'm looking for someone easy going to share with myself (male) and 2 lovable kittens.

Its a furnished double bedroom in a modern, well presented 2 bedroom flat in Sandyford. Great location, in a quiet area close to the picturesque Jesmond Dene but within a short walk of the City Centre and the vibrant bars and restaurants of Jesmond.

Pictures make the room look smaller than it is, I'm no photographer.

And the large tv in the room can be removed if necessary.

There is parking available but a permit scheme is in place. I have the details to apply if needs be. I don't require a permit myself.
