Hi,
I have two lovely Double rooms fully furnished available in a large three bed house. The smaller of the two doubles is available from 1/6/11. The larger room is available from 1/7/11. This is a friendly house 9-5 workers during the week and pretty chilled at the weekends.

The house is located within a ten minute walk of the train station that is on the east coast main line, it has a regular service's to London and Peterborough, so we're in a great location for commuting! Also we're located beside the A1 so have great connections with the rest of the UK. Sandy is a small town that is generally quiet and a delightful place to live in.

All utilities included, we have a HDTV with a PS3 in the lounge and a great selection of digital channels to suit your taste's aswell as a huge collection of film's, we also have Unlimited broadband thats accessable through-out the house.
