Room to rent in a family home. Close to beach and shops. Easy access to buses, trains and pubs! Only 20 mins into Middlesbrough on the train. Must like dogs. We have two bathrooms (one under renovation), large fully equiped kitchen and a fully furnished double room for you. We can add or take away any furniture from your room that you may or may not want. We have Sky Plus in the main living room which you are most welcome to watch and wireless Broadband throughout the house. All the bedrooms have a TV socket.
The ages of other residents range from 23 to 50, one student and the rest in full time employment. Unfortunately we do not have off street parking but the road is wide and fairly quiet.
Saltburn is a lovely Seaside town away from the hustle and bustle of city centre living but close enough to get there for a night out or for work.
