So one of our flatmates has moved out to live with their partner and we need to fill the room. It is a double room that is available until the end of August. The room full price is £69 but I am led to believe that this could be lowered to £55 if you get back to us ASAP. The only bill that has to be paid is the electricity with is paid monthly. There are currently 3 females and 1 male living in the house (all 20 and in 2nd year), with 3 males living in a separate flat downstairs from us (shared hallway). We are a nice bunch of people and a reasonably clean and tidy, we go out around once a week and are pretty quiet.
