The room has a double bed (for one occupant), wardrobe, chest of drawers, drawer under bed, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. Use of kitchen, sitting room, conservatory and garden. The house has internet - BT Infinity Unlimited. Parking is limited, but there is plenty of street parking which is not restricted by permits. Looking for a house mate for 4 other professional people in a relaxed and friendly house. At the moment there are three males and one female. The current tenants work in a mixed variety of professions but all get on and socialise from time to time locally. Looking for either a male or female house mate who is friendly, clean and tidy and doesn't mind sharing the household chores!
