The place is really high spec as it's been done up recently. There's a huge living room with big comfy leather sofas and a big 50" plasma cinema system and some games consoles. There's a sound system that plays music in all the rooms (including the bathroom, so you can boogie while having a shower if thats your thing)! The kitchen is nice and modern with slate floors and nice fittings. Your bathroom is newly decorated. Actually, it's all quite newly painted, etc. The place is big, and two people currently there, with a 2 large double rooms left to be occupied. It's furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and a double bed (actually it's a new memory foam mattress). What else to say? basically it's a great place, and everyone loves it - if you come to see it, you'll like it, I promise. On the negative side, the room is on the main road, so there is some road noise and there is no garden - but all in all, I love my place - and it's a fun place to live. Lots of impromptu drinks sessions happening, especially in the summer - known to erupt into a bit of bad dancing at times too! -if enough alchohol is involved! It's not a mad party flat though - People living there are full time professionals, so most weeknights collapsing on the sofa is par for the course! The location is good, with a 24hr garage next door and a Sainsburys local opposite, and a great chinese food and indian food place v. close. The local bar is good too, and it's close to a park and a leisure centre. Wow it sounds great. It is! JOIN US!
