Furnished room with double bed and en suite shower room in a shared, newly renovated house in a super location on the edge of Rusthall village next to the common, one mile from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Facilities include Full HD TV, Sky HD + box with movies and wireless broadband. The room price includes all household bills.

I would like a sociable person who likes to have fun. I prefer someone who is clean and tidy. I regularly clean the house and like to keep it in good order.

The four bedroom Victorian end terrace house is on three floors. Downstairs is a large open plan living/dining room with Yorkstone fireplace with open fire, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The interior is newly decorated with recently fitted carpets.

There is an outdoor dining area on the patio overlooking the 100ft long garden with attractive views down over the old quarry area of Rusthall. Last summer I relandscaped the garden and hope to finish it this summer.

The upper floor large room has a pleasant view over Apsley Street and into the woodland across the road. It has an en suite shower room with toilet.

The middle floor room has a pleasant view over the garden below and across the neighbouring area of the old quarry, now houses and gardens. It has an en suite shower room with toilet.

Rusthall is a pleasant village on the edge of the common within 20 minutes walking distance of Tunbridge Wells town centre. There is a regular bus service from the bus stop at the top of the road about 100 yards away which goes into the centre, the station and also High Brooms station. In the village there are various shops, a library and several pubs. The Toad Rock Retreat is a short walk away.

I am a 30 year old professional, working regular office hours. In my spare time I enjoy sports such as squash, badminton, water polo and mountain biking. I have an active social life. I enjoy going out to pubs and restaurants. I also like nights in cooking, watching films etc. I sometimes have friendly visitors around.
