I have a large furnished single room in my 3 bedroom house. There is myself, my dog and a male tenant living here at the minute. My tenant and me work full time. There is parking available on the street and is 200 metres to the bus stop with buses running every 15mins to the centre of Rotherham. All bills are included and the house is cleaned once a week by a cleaner. I am friendly and easy to get along with but work hard. Must be okay with an old dog. Please contact me for more information.
