Location: Romford end of Mawney Road, RM7 7HB. 0.3miles/ 5min walk to Romford Station, then 15mins to London Stratford mainline. 0.5miles/ 1min by car/ bike to A12. N15 night bus from London to Romford runs hourly.

Room size: Large double - 16 x 9ft or 4.9 x 2.7m.

About me: I am 30, easy going, enjoy the all the usual stuff chilling out with good company, good food (both to cook and dining out at resturants), cinema, pub, etc.

Ideal tenant: Michelin star chef, classic vehicle mechanic/ enthusiast, friendly, respectful, professional, hygienic, reasonably tidy, has lots of interesting and available friends. No DSS.
