I have a room in my house to rent, its a large double bedroom, with a double bed, The house is a very large semi detached terrace, its around one mile from the village of Norden and 1.5 miles from the centre of Rochdale, It is very close to local shops, pubs and transport routes, and its in a pretty good area of Rochdale. There is broadband in the house and all facilities, washer cooker, dish washer, shower, bath, house is clean and tidy. There is parking to the front of the house.
I also live there but spend a number of nights away from the house, The house has two large liveing rooms and a large kitchen and bathroom. You would be free to use the house as you like and I dont mind a smoker, however NO smoking inside the house. I have had two housemates over the last 30 months and both have enjoyed living at my house and enjoyed my company.
I am a professional guy who has a management position and work at Manchester Airport.
