Double room available for rent because our flatmate is sadly having to move away.

We both smoke around the flat but we don't mind a non-smoker and we don't mind confining smoking to our rooms if you'd prefer this.

Great location, right in the centre of Ripon.

We're both male but we don't mind whether our new flatmate is male, female or a couple. Our ideal tenant is just someone easy-going, other than that we really don't mind. Our interests are films, sport and general socialising.

The only thing to note is that we both work and are out of the flat quite a lot so it's best if you don't mind being in by yourself.
