Hi,

I have a lovely furnished room in a large detached period house. This has a TV, computer/study desk, stereo and built in wardrobe. Room also has a multigym which can be moved out if not required.

Room has an en-suite/adjoining bathroom with large stand up shower. The room has just been completely redecorated and is lovely, bright and cosy.

A large shared kitchen with own fridge, laundry room with use of washing machine and dryer is provided. Use of patio area and garden are also provided.

The house is in a peaceful area though just 2 mins walk to Rhyl town centre containing all major high street shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is a virtual stones throw away.

The local train and bus stations are also 2 mins walk away. Direct trains are available to Holyhead in one direction and London in the other direction. Direct buses run to Glan Clwyd Hospital and Llandrillo College. The A55 is 6 minutes drive away. Off road parking is available.

I’m an easy going person but would expect you to look after the home as if it was your own.
