I have a lovely bright double room to rent in a sociable house of young professionals.

The room is a good size for one person and furnished with a double bed, a chest of draws, a wardrobe and a small book rack, however I also have a desk, another chest of draws and a bookcase which I am willing to leave behind.

The house itself is situated on Addington road which is close to a gym, local amenities such as a co-op, a video rental and some takeaway stores. The town centre is only 20 mins walk away or a bus ride from across the road. Free parking has never been a problem for me in this location.

The housemates are a relaxed bunch who made me feel very welcome when I moved to the area nearly 3 years ago. They are all young professionals in a variation of careers and with a variation of interests.
Rent is £445 all bills included, we have freeview and wireless broadband and the open-plan kitchen/living area has a washing machine and tumble dryer along with 2 cooker / ovens and 2 fridge freezers so you are not short on space.

There is also a large outdoor space which is ideal for BBQs and relaxed summer days.
