Hi! , my name's Mark. I have two large double room available in my house in Parkwood Estate, Rainham, Kent. It's a modern, clean house 4 bedroom house with all mod cons including cable TV and wireless internet available in all the rooms. There is a bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. It also has a garaden front and back.

The house is conveniently located near the M2 (but not too near! ) and is a 20 minute bus ride from the train station which has direct fast links to London Victoria, Canon Street and St Pancras. It's in a quiet area overlooking a green and has ample parking in a cul de sac at the back.

Currently I have two lodgers (a couple) but after having lived for a couple of years they're moving out into their own place. I also have two very friendly cats.

I'm 42, straight, happily single and I work full time in IT and part time as a music journalist. I enjoy reading, writing, listening to music, watching films, learning guitar and I |ove to cook and eat out!

I'm looking for one or two people, male or female, preferably over 25 who are also in full time employment, tidy, friendly and easy going who are sociable but can respect others privacy.
