This is a well presented and spacious 2 double bedroom massionette. The room itself is a good sized double and the larger of the 2 rooms with a built in wardrobe and comes fully furnished.

The location couldn't be better with Barnes station less than a 5 minute walk away with direct trains to Waterloo in 20 mins. Putney high street is only a 15 min walk or short bus trip away. Were also pretty close to Richmond park, Putney Common and Putney Heath which is great in the summer.

We are a British couple, both turning 27 in March. We moved into this place 5 months ago and really like it and just want to find a nice flat mate now. The place has everything you should need all the usual mods and cons including full sky package as we love our sport.

Our only preference is that you are tidy and considerate. For example chipping in the the cleaning and tidying up after yourself. With just 3 tenants we don't think its necessary to get a cleaner in if everyone does their bit. Other than that we are pretty open minded. Like most young people in London we work hard and are usually quite busy so like to chill out in front of the telly with food and wine quite often when at home so please join us.
