Hi, my name is Jason, I'm a student doing a plumbing apprenticeship at Wigan & Leigh College. I am 21 and enjoy football, cooking and socialising with friends. I have recently moved from bristol. I am looking for a friendly housemate to share a large fully detached house in Ince, Wigan. As a housemate you will be able to enjoy the house's large off street parking area, 2 min walk to Ince train station, a 10 min walk to Wigan town center, a large modern shared kitchen including, gas oven and grill, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances such as microwave, kettle ect. You will also share a large shared furnished living room which leads onto the grassy back garden. With another shared Bathroom and storage cupboard downstairs. The room itself is big, aprox 4x4m with a large double opening, double glazed window, 2 power points and fitted carpets. You will have your own large bathroom, with toilet, sink, heated towel rail and bathtub/shower right outside your bedroom door. Wi-fi Internet is also included as well as central heating, there is also a 3rd spare bedroom upstairs as well as a loft for storage. Let me know if you have any other questions
