I am looking for one person to join two mature students (mid twenties) at the three-bedroom house which I own in Broadgate, Preston. Would suit mature students of professionals.

The house is in a quiet location just by the river and just five minutes walk from Preston centre/train station and 15 minutes from the university.

The room is a double room. Sky + TV and Broadband are included in the price. The only extra costs are your share of gas, electricity, TV licence and council tax (where applicable).
