House comprises living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, shower room with wc, downstairs wc, small utility, yard with shed. House is clean and tidy, everything in good order.

Sharing with youngish, male professional, non-smoker. I'm quiet but sociable, clean and respectable. Looking for someone similar to share with, don't mind gender, age (within reason), orientation etc. Would prefer professional but student considered.

Rent is £360 PCM inc. most bills. Gas and Electric on meters so they are seasonally variable. Obvs less in summer, more in winter.
