I have a Double room that is due to become vacant at the start of April.

The room is in a detached house in walton park with garden and parking space.

The location has great transport links to the centre of town (bus stop 1 minute away)
There is also a cycle path which leads to the city centre which is a 20 minute walk.
There is also a local spar 2 minutes away.

The house is currently occupied by 3 young professionals who work full time, one of which is due to move out.
