It is a large single/small double. A double bed can fit, but a single would leave much more room. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and small bookcase are in situ if required.
Parking to front and rear of the house and on a local bus route to town centre, hospital and university.
I am a hardworking teacher with two girls who live with me 5 days a week, they are well trained children and we also have a cat.
You would be welcome to use all the communal areas and there is a seperate toilet to the bathrom which is handy. You are welcome to be as involved, or not involved, in family life, our home is your home and so want you to feel comfortable having friends over, within reason of course.
Rent will include bills, water rates, TV license and wireless broadband. there is a TV ariel connection in the room. And large conservatory to rear of garden.
