Part furnished double room with adjacent bathroom. We have an en-suite so rarely use the main bathroom.

Off street parking and good bus links. Only 2 miles from Preston city centre. Also close to motorway links.

Gas central heating, double glazing and use of broadband. We also have a large decked garden to the rear and use of shed.

Large dining kitchen - including washer, dryer, dishwasher, range oven, fridge/ freezer.
