Lovely double room for rent in a beautiful detached house in Portishead with my son and I, with garden views. We have two bathrooms as well as a downstairs cloakroom and live a very peaceful life. There is off street parking on the drive, a lovely garden and pond, living room, kitchen and conservatory. The room includes broadband, TV and phone points and some furniture, and all bills are included in the rent. We would like someone to share with us who is quiet and respectful of us, is friendly and would like to socialise with us occasionally. We have a lot of interests including fitness, running, swimming, gardening and football. We are very close to all the local amenities including the high street and local shops, schools, and the M5 motorway. Singles only please.
