My name is Jon and I'm a quiet, friendly, humourous and intelligent guy looking for someone who may be interested in co-renting (min 6 months initially) a quality 3/4 bed semi or detached property in the North Somerset or North Bristol area. I am flexible on location (e. g. Nailsea, Clevedon Portishead etc. ) but the location needs to be quiet and the property will preferably be detached and have a garden. I am looking at properties in the A650-850 PCM range (+ council tax & utility bills) to be split 50/50.
Ideally the property chosen will allow each of us to have our own double room and en-suite (or bathroom).
I would prefer to share with a professional female who is working full time or studying and who also enjoys quiet, pleasant, sociable surroundings. Someone who is respectful of someone else's property is essential!
