The flat is located on the top floor in the popular Marina area of Portishead, 5 minutes from the M5, 15 minutes from Bristol city centre and 25 minutes from Bristol Airport. I am looking for someone to share the flat not just someone who wants to rent a room, the room is a double already furnished and a large built in wardrobe. You would have use of your own bathroom and the rest of the flat which has an open planned kitchen/living area and a balcony overlooking the beautiful Marina and sea. The price is about £500 all in. Rent, Bills, and Council Tax (Tax NA if a student so it will be more like £400) I'm quite a social person, pretty active in work and my life, I love going out and staying in, can't beat a good movie on the sofa!
