Hi,

Me and my flat-mate are looking for a professional female to share our home with.

I am 24 and she is 26, and are both friendly and outgoing. We enjoy nights out, but also quite nights in and are looking for an easy going person with the same interests.

We both work full time, and keep the flat clean and tidy. We have a large bedroom for rent with fitted wardrobes and furniture if required. The flat is spacious and modern with a balcony and is central in Parkstone. We have two bathrooms, a large kitchen and large separate living room.

All bills are included within the £400 PCM rent, and a £200 security deposit is required.

The flat is well worth viewing!
