I have a double room to rent in my semi-detached home. It is situated in Church Village which is about a 15 minute drive into Cardiff. It is ideal for someone working in the City. It Is a double bedroom with a double bed which is furnished. The house has off road parking available. I have wireless internet connection and Sky TV. It also has a large garden area with a conservatory. The area is quiet but close to all local amenities. I am 44 clean and tidy and have a 4 year old son whom I have twice a week. I work Sunday to Friday. I like to socialize with my mates but I am not a party animal. I also play football for a local side.
