I have a double bedroom with separate private lounge available for rent in a lovely 4 bedroom semi-detached house, only 10-15 mins drive into the town centre of Peterborough or a 35 min bus ride.

I am looking for a professional person to rent the rooms. The house is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac in Yaxley. It has parking available next to the house. The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The lounge is currently furnished with a 2 seater leather sofa. You will be able to share the modern kitchen with use of all of the appliances, i. e. oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. You will also have shared use of a modern bathroom with shower over a Jacuzzi bath. There is broadband and full sky TV package included.
If you have high standards and enjoy living in attractive surroundings, then this is definitely a lovely place for you to move into.

I am renting the two rooms together for £370 per month, inclusive of all utility bills; the only thing you will need to pay for is the phone and food.

I do have 2 very friendly ragdoll cats in the house.
