Hi! My name is Ruben. I'm a spanish guy aged 25 and I'm living just in the city centre of Peterborough, in front of the Queensgate shop center. I've been living here for 6 months and I've got the second floor of my house free, so I decided to rent it to someone.

The house has two floors:

* In the 1st floor: There is the livingroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, and my bedroom.

* In the 2nd floor: There is a double bedroom, and another small room with a desk. (This floor would be to rent, and the rest of the house to share)

Bills are included in the rent price, even the internet wifi.

I am sociable, funny, tidy, quite easy going, and respectful with people. I like music, movies, doing sport, going out at weekends, make new friends, travel, meet new people… in short… enjoy the life!

I would like to share the house with someone with similar tastes, and who doesn't mind do some party in the house occasionally; -)
