Must be ok with cats as I have 3. Person/s must be reasonably quiet as I have elderly neighbours next door and this is a quiet, trouble free street.
There is plenty of on street parking and a convenience store a 1 min walk away which is open late. If using public transport the bus stops are also 1 min walk away which is good for contractors or students at Pembrokeshire College. If driving the local supermarkets are a 3 min drive away.
