3 bedroom property. All renovated within last and a half years. Has gas central heating and double glazed windows.

There are 2 rooms available to rent.

Room 1: Available immediately. Double room with 2 windows and laminate floor. Room has been repainted after last tenant moved out. Has a built in single wardrobe. Room is furnished with double bed, which has room underneath for storage, desk and chair, dressing table/unit.

Room 2: Available from 1st March as this is when current tenant is moving out. Tenant has lived here for over 3 years and is only moving due to a change in personal circumstances. Room will be freshly painted when current tenant leaves. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Has one large window overlooking garden and built in single wardrobe, central heating and laminate flooring.

About us:
I am the landlord but the house is not treated as mine but a shared home. I work in the travel industry and I'm 28 years old. I have lived here for 3 years and have only had 2 housemates in that time as people tend to stay for a while! I like to keep things tidy (but not immaculate! ) and while I'm friendly and sociable I wouldn't describe it as a party house. I'm looking for someone who'll keep things tidy, ideally a non smoker (if you smoke you'll need to do so outside) and someone who'll be considerate and respectful of the needs of other housemates.

Included in cost: Rent, council tax, electricity, gas, TV, telephone and broadband TV.

Not included: Cost of any phone calls

Transport:
There are regular buses to Paisley town centre, Barrhead, Nethercraigs, Govan, Braehead and Glasgow city centre

We are about a 15 minute walk from Paisley Gilmour Street train station

Free on street parking is available

The contract:
The lease will be a short term lease for 6 months but is renewable by mutual consesnt.
