Hi, me and my brother are looking for someone/couple to rent a house with us. We have moved into a house in Paisley in Lammermuire drive and currently have a spare room.

Cost is £350 which includes rent, council tax, sky tv, broadband and phone and utilities. We get the keys on Thursday the 1st. Required would be the £350 up front plus £100 deposit. Room has bed frame but is basically unfurnished, rest of property is fully furnished.

we are doing short time lets or long time lets. From 1 month to a year.

We are pretty easy going, have 2 dogs both of whome are fine. I am 25 and work shifts as a fireman and he is 21 and a fulltime student. Easy to get along with. If this is of interest to you, get in touch.
