ABOUT THE AREA:
The area is very quiet (so perhaps not the best for party animals), only 5mins from the M8 and airport and just a short distance to both train stations in Paisley plus Johnstone station is pretty close too.

ABOUT ME AND YOU:
I would be a female live-in landlord and ideally I would be looking for someone in their late 20's/ early 30's and of a professional nature. Housemate would preferably be a non-smoker and pretty laid back although clean and tidy would be helpful too.

All bills except telephone are included in the rent.
