Excellent location, just 10 Minutes walk from the town centre, 5 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes walk from the bus to both Oxford Brookes and Oxford University campuses. Ideal location for Hartcourt Hill Campus.

The room is a big single, fully furnished, loads of storage space. The room is light and airy and situated on West street, Osney Island, a beautiful little street just outside the town centre. The house is clean and tidy, there is a lounge with tv, kitchen, bathroom etc. The house has wireless internet fully set up and ready to go. There is parking outside for which you can apply for a resident’s permit. (The landlord paid for mine which was £40) You can also get plenty of free day permits for visitors. We have a stash at the house and more can be collected from the council if required.

It really is great value at £310 pcm and the deposit is only £200. Currently we don’t pay council tax as we are all students so it may suit a student better, unless you work and don’t mind paying the council tax yourself.

There are 2 other really friendly housemates, one studying a maths PGCE at Oxford Uni (age 22, male) and the other also a post graduate studying in art and curating (female, 24). The landlord is also very friendly and extremely efficient.
