Room is in a detached student house on Divinity Road, Oxford. Very nice house with communal sitting room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms and large garden. The room is in a 6 bedroom house with 5 other male students - good bunch of people and are all Brookes students.

Room is ready for immediate moving in once rent etc is sorted out.

In the house we have a very large tv with virgin media, playstation 3 which you will be allowed to use. Good fun house mates, generally quite quiet due to work but do go out several times a week.

Ideal for any student / person of similar age looking to move into a house immediately.

The room itself is fully furnished (single bed, desk, wardrobe etc) and is quite small but has the benefit of being first floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden (so quiet) and the bathroom next door.

You would be expected to contribute towards the cost of bills which should not exceed £50 a month.

A £250 damage deposit is required before moving in.

House is available to rent until the 21st july 2012
