The property is a three bedroomed house that I live in with my fifteen year old son. We have a very friendly small dog. We are a friendly family, and my eldest son and daughter often come to visit, along with other extended family members. We are easy going, and would make the potential tenent welcome in our home.

I work during the week whilst my son is in school, and in the evenings tend to stay in. At weekends I enjoy going to the gym. The ideal tentent will be friendly and able to get on well with Me, they also need to be in employment. I would require two references from the prospective tenent, one being from an employer. I have requested A60 per week rent without food included. However, this can be negotiated if you would like to join in on a sunday roast or a cooked breakfast! :)

The room is a medium sized bedroom (enough to fit a three quarter bed, wardrobe, drawers etc) and these are provided with the room.

The house itself is situated on a small estate just two streets behind the local park. The house is in walking distance to Royton Town Centre and buses to Oldham, Rochdale and Manchester are easily accessible. We are close enough to both the M60 and M62, each around 15 minutes drive in a car.
