We have for rent a newly redecorated large double room in our recently renovated Victorian House.

Situated in the popular residential area of Carrington (next to Mapperley Park) there are great local amenities including hairdressers, supermarkets, delicatessens, great fish and chip shop, a top quality butchers and many more too numerous to mention.

The City Center is a walkable distance and only takes 5 minutes on the bus (of which there are plenty). We are also a very reasonable distance from the City Hospital.

The house is very well proportioned and has been extensively renovated paying particular attention to the installation of high levels of insulation and also the retention of the original period features.

The room is furnished with a Double Bed, Double Wardrobe, Dressing Table with Large Mirror, Drawers, Bedside Cabinet, Additional Storage Cabinet and Chair.

Included in the cost of the room is all utility bills including broadband (which is Virgin 100mb).

I am the owner of the house and I live here with my fiance who is currently studying her Phd. We are very easy going, easy to get along with and tidy, so are looking for a similar individual (preferably a post-grad student or professional).
