Hi I have one bedroom to rent in a two bedroom apartment, avaliable untill June. The flat is in NG1 so it’s walking distance to the university and town centre, its ideal for a final year student or professional. You will have your own large bathroom. It comes with secure car parking. The kitchen and dining area will be shared along with one other person (a final year male student). The co-tenant is friendly and clean. As I am looking to move out the tenancy will be with martin and co, so your deposit will be safe, I will be taking my furniture out the bedroom when a suitable tenant has been found, however I’m willing to negotiate if the occupier would like to keep furniture. Bills are not inclusive of price.
