We have a single room available from July 2012 for one year. It's very close to uni (can be done in 10 mins when running late! ) & also about 2 mins from the local shops. There is off street parking if needed & a brick outbuilding for bikes ect. The house has good sized rooms with separate lounge & kitchen. There are a total of 4 bed rooms in the house with 2 girls & 1 guy. We are all going into our third year at uni & are fairly easy going.
