Satellite TV, wireless broadband and a phone line are all available.

Parking with a barrier stump is also outside the property. Rent is inclusive of service charge and council tax.

Links wise, it's a 1 minute walk to Northolt Park Railway Station (National Rail, less than 20mins to Marylebone). Close to Northolt Tube station (Central line, less than 30mins to Oxford Circus) and South Harrow Tube (Piccadilly line).
Road - close to A40, M4, M25 and A406. Convenience store is a 3 minute walk with Sainsbury's also only 15mins away.

The surrounding area is quite quiet and "very green". I'm looking for a tidy male or female who is willing to stay for a minimum of 12 months. Carl
