Lovely NEW Build 2 bedroom terrace house - 1 double room to rent in the Ebbsfleet/Northfleet area! 9.5 x 10.5 size room, with wardrobe, curtains & lampshade. No bed I'm afraid - (there is currently a sofa bed if this is acceptable till you find a bed if required). The monthly rent also includes gas, water, council tax, electricity, wireless broadband and there is a Sky tv point in the room. No Sky box supplied but can be arranged with an additional cost. I am sub-letting one of the rooms as it is just me rattling around here, so I thought it would be a good idea to put one of the other rooms to good use. I am generally a neat and tidy person and as such I am looking for a clean and tidy lodger who will respect my house and my privacy (as I will theirs), but at the same time am looking for a friendly and sociable person who will be as much a housemate as a lodger so they can feel comfortable in their new home as we will be sharing certain parts of the house. The shared communal areas will be the main bathroom/2 x WC's. The other communal area is the kitchen, which is separate to the living area. There is also a washing machine for your use and a South facing garden. Just a short 5minute walk to Northfleet or Swanscombe National Rail station, Ebbsfleet Int’l station is 5mins bus ride away and Greenhithe station is a short bus ride away. Journey to London bridge takes only 40mins – ideal if you work in Central London. Gravesend & Dartford town centres are less than 15mins away and Bluewater Shopping cntre is about 5mins drive by car. ASDA Greenhithe or Gravesend are 5/10 mins drive away. In my opinion, the room is ideal for a professional person working in an area nearby, or for someone working in Central London looking to commute. There is limited parking available in the street, but there are 2 x spaces on the drive. I am fairly laid back and easy to get on with and the ideal housemate would have similar sort of personality. Ideally I would like someone who is single. I also have two cats so hopefully you like animals! If you’re interested, please get in touch!
