The flat has one shared bathroom, lounge and kitchen with a large balcony that overlooks terrace area. It is half a mile from the general hospital, close to town centre shops, bus station and train station.

There are two of us aged 22 and 23 that currently live at the flat that work full time. We would like someone who is friendly and helps keep the flat clean.
