I have a double room fully furnished in large house. It has broadband, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, huge modern kitchen and cellar. Low maintenance garden perfect for summer BBQ's! Would prefer a female flatmate and must be clean and tidy! The house is fully furnished and all bills are included in rent. Parking available and permit supplied. Excellent transport links to London, MK and 5 mins to Northampton city centre. This could be a nice home for someone, I wouldn't expect anyone to live in their room.
