I live in a 3 bed semi-detached approx ten minutes from the town centre and about 30 seconds from Hambleton Council offices (so extremely convenient for anyone working there! )

There is enough parking for 4 cars (with 1 in the garage) and a small back yard with a barbecue.

Rent includes TV, gas, electric, water and council tax.

Rent does not include food and drink (although happy to go halves on some things), landline telephone (as there isn't one! ), broadband (due to no landline), sky TV (or similar, although there is freeview).

I tend to be a fairly busy chap, currently working full time. I also do some part time work where I sometimes don't get in til the early hours, so you'd have to be ok with that.

I would be happy to rent a room out for a few days a week if someone wanted it just for the week nights (at a negotiable rate) and would be happy to rent for a short period, i. e. a few weeks or months.

Currently the room is unfurnished but I will furnish it if that's what you would like.
