Location wise it is a minute off of the A46, with close distance from A1 and main roads for Nottingham and Sheffield. It is a 5 minute drive into the centre of the city and yet far enough out not to hear all the hustle and bustle. There is a rail station near by as well as good bus service.
I am a live in landlord, a professional currently working in Newark. The other tennant is also a professional who works out of the city.
The house is non-smoking inside but you can smoke in garden on patio. All bills ( gas, electricity, broadband and sky) are included in the rent.
The room is part furnished with bedside table, set of draws and a small wardrobe, I can help sort a bed if needed.
The garden is a good size with good sized grass and patio area which is great for entertaining or just relaxing during weekends when the weather permits. A garage at the bottom of the garden is great storage or can soon be used for a car.
